Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ahagame.org, creating a player account, or using any service offered by ahagame — including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, slots, and promotional programmes — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the ahagame platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotional rules, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise expressly stated.

ahagame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page regularly.

Eligibility

To register and use ahagame, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. ahagame operates a strict 21+ policy and will request proof of age documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) registering for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or where accessing ahagame would constitute a legal offence under applicable local law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of ahagame or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether applied through ahagame's own responsible gaming tools or through any third-party gaming protection scheme.

ahagame reserves the right to request documentary verification of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or termination.

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on ahagame. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals on duplicate accounts may be forfeited at ahagame's sole discretion.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You must promptly notify ahagame of any changes to your registered details by contacting customer support. ahagame shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the player.

Account registration is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or allow any other individual to access or operate your ahagame account. Any such transfer or shared access constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Players located in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, and across all provinces of Pakistan are welcome to register, subject to satisfying the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2 above.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your ahagame account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify ahagame immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including friends or family members.

ahagame will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your account password. Any communication purporting to be from ahagame that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

ahagame shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, provided that ahagame has fulfilled its own security obligations under these Terms.

Deposits & Withdrawals

ahagame processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to applicable transaction limits:

• JazzCash — minimum deposit PKR 100
• EasyPaisa — minimum deposit PKR 100
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — minimum deposit PKR 500
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — minimum deposit PKR 500
• Meezan Bank — minimum deposit PKR 500
• USDT TRC20 — minimum deposit equivalent to PKR 1,000

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, ahagame reserves the right to suspend the account, reverse the transaction, and investigate for potential fraud or money laundering.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. ahagame aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks.

ahagame reserves the right to impose transaction limits, request additional documentation, or delay processing in cases where unusual transaction patterns are identified, in order to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Bonuses & Promotions

ahagame offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player bonuses are available to first-time registrants only and may not be claimed more than once per household, device, or IP address.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live dealer games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed and used within the validity period stated in each promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the player's account without notice.
• ahagame reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any statutory obligations.
• Players found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation — will have bonuses forfeited and may have their accounts permanently closed.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on ahagame are subject to the platform's general betting rules, as well as sport-specific and game-specific rules published within each relevant section of the platform. By placing a bet or wager, you acknowledge and accept the applicable rules in full.

ahagame reserves the right to void any bet or wager that is placed after the outcome of the relevant event or game is known, regardless of whether the platform's systems accepted the bet. Similarly, bets placed on events or games affected by technical errors, data feed failures, or manifest pricing errors may be voided at ahagame's discretion.

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, ahagame's records shall be considered definitive unless a clear technical error is demonstrated. All disputes must be raised with the customer support team within seven (7) days of the relevant event's settlement. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

For cricket betting — including PSL, international T20Is, Tests, and ODIs — match-specific rules regarding rain interruptions, abandoned matches, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments are published within the cricket section of the sportsbook. Players are advised to review these rules before placing cricket bets.

Responsible Gaming

ahagame is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. We provide a suite of player-protection tools that are available to all registered players at no cost, including:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Session time limits — receive alerts or automatic logouts after a specified period of play.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ahagame platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, access the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live poker or live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards ahagame staff or other players.

Intellectual Property

All content published on ahagame.org — including but not limited to the ahagame brand name, logo, platform design, software, graphics, text, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ahagame or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ahagame platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any platform software; or use ahagame's intellectual property for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ahagame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

ahagame's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ahagame does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability. ahagame will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.

Amendments to These Terms

ahagame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ahagame will provide reasonable notice to registered players — either by email to the address registered on your account, by an in-platform notification, or by prominently updating the "Last Updated" date on this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the ahagame platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ahagame holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through ahagame's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a formal dispute, players must submit a written complaint to the ahagame customer support team. ahagame will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and aim to provide a final decision within thirty (30) business days of receiving all relevant information.

Players who remain dissatisfied following the conclusion of ahagame's internal dispute resolution process may have the right to refer their complaint to the relevant independent dispute resolution body specified under ahagame's gaming licence conditions.
